TM Grocery POS is a private application for one grocery shop, not a public multi-store POS product. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Provider

2. Nature of the App
- Supports POS operations for one designated shop.
- For authorized users of that shop only (including Google Play distribution).
- Play listing availability does not make this a general commercial POS for other stores.
3. License
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for that shop’s operations only. No resale or sublicense to other businesses.
4. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no bypassing security, no presenting the App as a public product you offer to third-party stores.
5. Disclaimer & liability
Provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited as described in the full policy intent for a small private deployment (including a USD $50 / fees cap style limit).
