This Privacy Policy explains how the TM Grocery POS app (“the App”) handles information. The App is a private point-of-sale companion for one grocery shop. It is not a public multi-store product and is not offered for open consumer signup.

2. Who the App is for
Authorized staff and operators of this one shop only.
3. Information we process
- Staff account data — login identifiers, tokens, roles.
- This shop’s operational data — products, inventory, sales, receipts.
- Device information — model, OS, app version for support.
- Product images — camera/gallery when staff add photos.
- Push tokens — Firebase Cloud Messaging if notifications are enabled.
4. How we use information
To run POS features for this shop, authenticate users, sync shop data, send optional alerts, and support the operator. We do not sell personal data or use it to advertise a public multi-store product.
5. Where data is processed
Via the private API host https://api-tm-grocery.buildcloudsolutions.com for this shop’s operations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Sharing is limited to operating the App (e.g. infrastructure/FCM) or legal requirements.
